Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be returned in its original packaging with attached labels.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties
  • Bodysuits
  • Stockings
  • Body Shapers
  • Swim Suits
  • Night Dresses & Lingerie Sets
  • Damaged or Defective Items (not reported upon delivery)
  • Items that appear to be worn or used
  • Promotional or discounted items

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Depending on availability, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, faulty product). In such cases, Moiraa will provide a prepaid return label.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
